The guest room had a nice balcony and great views. the staff were very helpful and nice. - the location was absolutely perfect on the shore of Lago Maggiore. - It was approximately 0 minutes walk from Spiaggia del Sasso. Overall, Hotel Residence Zust in Verbania offers guest rooms with nice balconies, great views, friendly and helpful staff, and a perfect location on the shore of Lago Maggiore.

The room was large with a minibar, satellite TV, and central heating.

Big rooms, good breakfast.

The check-in was simple, we liked pool bar. Had a brand-new quadruple room, which allowed us to enjoy great view of the lake. The personnel was very helpful, and the owner too. Location: the hotel was next to the Lago Maggiore and Verbania or restaurants and the lake.

It was all superb!

The room here is spacious and has lovely views, with a bonus of a kettle; the location is superb, near a tunnel, the lake, and the shore.

The location here is amazing, right by the lake and with a private beach, the staff are all friendly, and the room is spacious with a great balcony, which is a big bonus.

The hotel is lovely,very comfortable and the staff are delightful. They give lots of advice and are very helpful and provide bus tickets etc. however the location is very difficult as it is too far from Intra to walk there and the last bus back is at 20.40. The road is very dangerous and the nearest restaurant the Villa Bianchi is only accessible from that road. The hotel needs to develop a relationship with a taxi firm which will guarantee a service to and from the hotel to different locations for fixed fees. The it would be perfect.

the staff was speaking english and german, I didnt expect this in Italy

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. I was impressed by the attention to detail, from the clean rooms with a nice balcony to the basic amenities provided. The location of the hotel in front of the lake was absolutely breathtaking.

No possibility to get beach towels, strict rules on using swimming caps in the pool, deposit of 150eur cash, 30eur extra fee for cleaning (was not mentioned in booking confirmation details)

We recently spent Christmas at a hotel located on the shores of a beautiful lake. the private lakeside beach was the standout feature - lounging in the sun with a stunning view of the lake was wonderful. the hotel was close to many restaurants and had a convenient small shop onsite. We also enjoyed the traditional Christmas dinner that was offered.

The air conditioning in the room was not very effective, making the room slightly uncomfortable at times. We also found the room rates to be quite expensive for what was offered, especially considering we had to pay extra for a balcony with a view.

The pool is a great family area. lots of sun loungers and small beach.Multilingual and friendly staff. Wish we had booked an appartment instead of hotel room

No english TV. No restaurant and none with in walking distance. Nowhere near the pool to get a drink. Road noise quite loud in hotel rooms. Had 2 rooms on different floors and air condioning didnt work in one. Breakfast room coffee foul, order fresh from bar instead

The location is magical, like a dream overlooking Lago Maggiore and a torrential river not very far. Very near to nature. Rita at the reception was very helpful & understanding - the hotel owners should be proud to employ her

The only complaint we have is the a/c was not working
